La Finestra sul Porto Apartment

Delightful apartment in historic building, with wonderful sea view. Quiet as a place in a pedestrian area. Cleaned. Paid parking just steps from the property. Paid covered parking with discounted rates for long stops 600 meters away. Bus stop 500 meters away. Strategic location: a few steps from all the medieval monuments of the city, the Teatro delle Muse and the Port. For two people, it can accommodate 3 thanks to the sofa bed located in the living room on the upper floor.

The apartment is suitable for both families and singles who love the sea, because having breakfast on a beachfront terrace is priceless!! It is located near the Regional Hospital of Torrette and the Polytechnic University of the Marche Faculty of Medicine within walking distance. It is 7 minutes from Ancona train station and downtown and 10 minutes from Porto. The airport can be reached in 13 minutes and in 22 minutes we reach the fantastic Conero Riviera!

Delightful apartment in the historic center. The apartment is located in a strategic position, near the main places of interest of the city, it is ideal for tourist and professional stays. Very close to the port, the Museum, the Teatro delle Muse, the Pinacoteca, the municipal library and the University of Economics. The main bus stops are a few meters away, the train station is easily accessible. N.B. Parking on the street is paid from 8am to 8pm.

Lovely apartment "A rustic in town"

Lovely two-room apartment consisting of living room/kitchen with double sofa bed and a double bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of a very quiet condominium. The area is very well served both in terms of shops, public transport to reach the center, the hospital, the universities.. (about 10min). At 100 meters we have another apartment.
