It is across from the Tiara Rado Golf Course, within walking distance to many hiking/mountain biking trails, the CO river, and is a short drive to Powderhorn Mtn Resort for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing.

THE BARN. This is a guest house on 10 acres surrounded by farmland. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a sofa bed, full kitchen and dining, full laundry set up and 2 car garage. We call it the barn because it looks like a barn and is frequently mistaken as a barn. A real wood fireplace in living room makes this a cozy place to stay. Large patio offers unrestricted views.
