Now you can offer personalized support to hosts with listings in your area through the Co-Host Network. Joining the network is a great way to:

  • Promote yourself and your services.
  • Share what you charge.
  • Connect with potential partners.
  • Work independently at your own pace.

Anyone looking for a co-host can search the network to find and hire a high-quality, local partner.

Co-Host Network is available in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, the UK, and the US. The network will expand to more countries in 2025.

Services you can offer

Your co-host profile is where you promote your skills and add details about the services you provide. Choose from the list of co-hosting services:

  • Listing setup
  • Setting prices and availability
  • Booking request management
  • Guest messaging
  • Onsite guest support
  • Cleaning and maintenance
  • Listing photography
  • Interior design and styling
  • Licensing and hosting permits

You can also describe any additional services you offer, like landscaping, business analysis, and hospitality coaching.

Hosts looking for support in your area can ask questions and request your services. The network’s search algorithm takes into account many factors—including quality, engagement, and location—to help hosts find the right co-hosts for their listings.

What’s required to join

The requirements to join the Co-Host Network are:

  • You have an active listing as a host or as a co-host with full access or calendar and messaging access.
  • You’ve hosted or co-hosted 10 or more stays—or three or more stays for a total of at least 100 nights—on Airbnb over the past 12 months.
  • You’ve maintained an average rating of 4.8 stars or more from guests over the past 12 months for all the listings you host or co-host with full access or calendar and messaging access.
  • You have a cancellation rate below 3%, with exceptions made for certain valid reasons beyond your control.
  • Your Airbnb account is in good standing. Your identity must be verified, and you must meet the name and photo requirements to be displayed on the network.

It’s your responsibility to know what local regulations apply to you and to have all the required licenses, permits, and registrations. For example, some areas may require real estate broker licenses depending on your services.

Read the Co-Host Network terms of service and learn about the search algorithm, identity verification, and valid reasons for cancellations on the Help Center.

Co-Host Network is available in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico (powered by Airbnb Global Services Limited), Canada, the United States (powered by Airbnb Living LLC), and Brazil (powered by Airbnb Plataforma Digital Ltda).

Hosts on the Co-Host Network typically have high ratings, low cancellation rates, and established Airbnb hosting experience. Ratings are based on guest reviews for listings they host or co-host and may not represent the co-host’s unique services.
