You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. The apartments are accessible via a small threshold of about 5cm and has an independent entrance. There are two parking spaces right in front of it, a small terrace with picnic table and a lawn which are available for free. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A ball grill is at your disposal, it is covered under the stairs Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.

The bedroom has a double bed. The edge of the forest is 100 m away. You can hike from there through the forest to the Moselle. The Eifelsteig is about 3,5km away. Also ideal for cycling tours on the Moselle - and Kylltalradweg.

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
