Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage on Lake Hamilton with a boat dock! Located just off the main channel , breath taking views and easy access to Hot Springs National Park, Historic downtown, oaklawn race track, boat rentals,restaurants ,and shopping!! Very quite and cozy with fire pit and ambiance lighting!! A place you will want to revisit!! So book now !! Also has two kayaks . A very nice cove to float and soak up some sun. Beautiful condo. Ground floor unit just steps to the lake. BOAT SLIP AVALIABLE. Lovely cove for swimming and fishing. Please note: though this is a ground floor condo their are steps from the parking lot down to the unit. Nicely furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size tempur-pedic sofa bed. Two full bathrooms makes this condo sleep 2 couples very comfortably. Well stocked kitchen, fully stocked laundry in Unit, Smart tv's with Hulu Live in both rooms.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 3 feet, there will still be water in my cove .
