They are set in beautiful Kent countryside down a farm lane, but still within a short 0.5 mile walk of the historic town of Tenterden. Each property has a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan sitting and eating area. The properties are both new conversions and are built to modern building safety regulations. Idyllic 2- Bedroom barn with amazing views

Spacious barn conversion with views of the countryside. The Barn is an ideal location to use as a base for visiting the many places of interest or for a relaxing holiday. There are many National Trust properties within a small radius together with historic gardens and local vineyards. Tenterden and Rye are a short drive and Camber Sands, with its sandy beach, is a must. There are a number of local pubs which serve food, The White Hart within a few minutes walk, and many others not far away.

Our one bedroom studio is the perfect retreat for two to relax and unwind. Just a short walk from the tree lined high street of Tenterden, with it's eclectic mix of independent shops, historic buildings and small cafes, it is also home to Kent & East Sussex's heritage steam railway. But if relaxing with your favourite glass is more your thing, then it's worth noting, that it is also in the centre of England's wine country, with our local vineyards - from Chapel Down to Gusbourne.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in.
