Cozy cottage for rent at Røros Municipality.

Hytta ligger i et lite hyttefelt mellom Glåmos og Brekken med utsikt mot Aursunden 692 moh; ca 200 m fra fylkesvei 705. Den ble bygd i 1992 og har innlagt vann og strøm. Hytta er på 72 kvm, med kombinert stue og kjøkken, 3 soverom, bad, gang, VF, bod og hems. Kjøkkenet har komfyr, kjøleskap, micro, trakter, vannkoker, men ikke oppvaskmaskin, og er ellers utstyrt for ca 10 pers. Badet har dusjkabinett og vask, og i boden er det mulldo og fryser. Sov 1 har dobbeltseng, 150 cm bred Sov 2 og 3 har familiekøyer, 125 og 75 cm brede. Alle senger har overmadrasser. På hemsen er det 3 ekstra madrasser. Det er TV og DVD-spiller på hytta. Oppvarming av El-ovner og en vedovn. Hytta har en stor terrasse med utemøbler. Om vinteren blir det brøytet helt fram til inngangen, og det blir kjørt opp skispor innover bjørkeskogen. Avstander: - Røros, med sine severdigheter: 32 km, - Brekken med butikk: 9 km, - Vauldalen med oppkjørte skispor: 18 km, - Tenndalen i Sverige med flere alpinanlegg: 30 km, og Sølendet med Natur- og kultursti: 5 km. Når det gjelder Røros, som står på UNESCOs verdensarvliste, så kan det nevnes: Rørosmartna'n i februar, skuespillet Elden i juli/august (uteteater) og julemarked i desember.

Close to city center and peaceful

The cabin is only 2 km from the centre of Røros. Private road and parking by the house wall all year long year. Ski slopes and hiking trails just outside and the nearest bathing area is 300 meters away. The cottage has 6 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet + a separate toilet. 3 bedrooms have family bunk beds, 1 with a bunk bed, 1 with a double bed and 1 has a sofa bed and a private TV (living room no. 3). Large balcony with seating for 10 people and a gas grill. Stabbur with 2 beds in addition to those inside the cabin increases the capacity to 17 people.

Cozy family cottage near Røros

Cozy cabin with hiking terrain just outside the door. Parking right by the cabin. Well-equipped and light tents. Perfect for family. 1 bedroom with family bunk, double sofa bed and sized bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Cozy kitchen with dining table, dishwasher and oven. Living room with TV, fireplace and couch. Exit place with a hot tub and fire pit. The hot tub must be refilled and emptied yourself, and cleaned after use. The cabin is rented on weekends, weekdays, during events nearby, holidays, etc.

300 year old house BIG HOUSE ON the door side In the middle of Femunden. Promise to bring a dog. Fish big trout with extinguisher, lurking in otters (best from July), or big harr from land with a dry fly. Or go river safari with boat and nap the pike goats at wobbler. A boat included in price. Motor and any extra boat can be rented. In the winter (UNTIL 17. MAY - AT LEAST!!) we can entice with kilosabbas and char on the ice. Large bathroom w/shower&WC (photos coming) plus separate toilet. Duvets &pillows in 12 beds- duvet covers etc are brought

Newly renovated house at Aursunden

Bright and cozy little house that just got a bigger upgrade. Located by the lake Aursunden. It is 23 km/25 min to Røros, 8 km to the village of Glåmos with a grocery store, and 10 km to Olav's mine. Good hiking opportunities all year year. Here there is always snow in winter and January-April takes ski tracks up to Rørosvidda's extensive trail network. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other with a family bunk. The TV can be used to chromecaste using mobile data (not to watch linear TV).

Welcome to Mikkelbu

Welcome to Mikkelbu, sheltered family-friendly holiday home with good space and good standard close to nature with private road. The cabin is only 50 meters from a sheltered sandy beach and fishing water with trout. The place is known for good fishing in summer and winter. There are also no visible neighbouring cottages, the nearest cottage is around 300m away. The place was on the renovation program "Adventurous renovation" in 2019 and has very special atmosphere and great furnishings.

At the banks of Aursunden, in the middle of Rørosvidda, we offer an adventurous accommodation in Arctic Dome for 2-4 people. There is glamping at a high level, in a beautiful tent of 23 m2 with skylight in the ceiling, and viewing windows to the sea and the beautiful Vigelfjella mountains. Outside of the Dome, a hot tub is available against a price surcharge. Food can be ordered: lunch and dinner packages with small plates from the Røros region.

Cozy summer living room 18 km from Røros city center. Great location right on lake, as well as boat harbor and beach with barbecue area. Nice hiking terrain with proximity to Olavsgruva/Storwartz. 5 km to grocery store. Size approx. 45 m². The sleeping facilities are available in bedrooms with two sleeping places, as well as on the sofa bed in the living room with two sleeping places.

Newly renovated holiday home with top location, child-friendly, 15 min walk to city center, view to Røroskirka. Lygger on a peninsula with swimming facilities in summer and ski trails outside the door in winter. 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds, respectively, large living room and nice kitchen.
