Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

Relax in this calm, cosy space. Just ten minutes from the commercial centre the base. 8-9 minutes drive from Chartwell shopping centre, surrounded by countdown supermarkets and Value supermarkets. New building with cosy decor. Double glazing makes for a quiet space. Air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, microwave and hairdryer. One bedroom. One queen size bed, one sofa bed is double size. quality bedding. Car parking is right at the door.
