Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles sur mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, you can stay as a couple, or 4 thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Apartment F2 with view and direct sea access. 1 bedroom, equipped kitchen living room, bathroom wc There is a year-round caretaker, a private parking space in front of the residence, it is on the 4 th floor with elevator. Quiet place. Pavilion Bleu Keys put back on site. Open for rentals year-round. (sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided or extra charge upon request).
