Welcome to Paruru, our new studio accommodation. A dream location, only five minutes walk to St Clair Beach & its vibrant cafe scene. Just a short walk to bus stops if attending a concert at the stadium. This new build has everything you need for a couple's getaway. Relax & enjoy the view over the rooftops & out to the ocean. Self contained studio adjoining our home with your own entrance, spacious large lounge with desk and TV (Netflix etc), bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite bathroom, full kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove top and kitchen equipment.
