We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

You will find all the necessary comfort to relax you, and the charm of former days. It has a private covered parking in 5 min on foot, at the top of the coast perrière (free arrangement). Beautiful 2 room apartment, 5 minutes from the lake / 10 minutes from Annecy city center by car for up to 3 people (2 + 1 child) in a beautiful villa, independent entrance, large terrace with mountain view and small lake view, free parking, bicycles available for free. There can be a little traffic in the morning and at the end of the day on the small road in front of the terrace. You will find the same ad in the private room category due to the limitation on the number of nights.
