The apartment "L 'Atlantique 1" is located 300 m from the beach and the Commando Square (bars and restaurants), 300 m from the submarine base (Escal'atlantic) and the port, 300 m from the Blue Ribbon shopping center, shops, cinema and theater. The one bedroom apartment of 38 m² is located on the 1st floor, quiet on garden. It is very bright and has a large balcony. It is completely renovated with bedroom ( bed of 160) , living room (sofa bed in 140), independent toilet, bathroom, kitchen.

Charming T2 overlooking the lock, port and sea

Our apartment is perfectly situated in Petit Maroc, the oldest neighbourhood in Saint Nazaire. From the living room, you can watch the canal lock in operation and the boats (boat movements). You can get to all the tourist attractions of the city, the beach and heart of the city, Place du Commando, on foot or by bike. With a surface area of 40m², the kitchen area faces east, on the garden side and the living room and bedroom face west, with a clear view of the sea and the setting sun.

I rent my apartment located 10 minutes to the beach on foot, 10 minute drive to Pornichet and 15 minutes to La Baule. The building is secure with surveillance camera in common areas. it is on the 5th floor with elevator , in a square where there is a Carrefour market, a post office, a pharmacy, and Baker. On Wednesday mornings there is a market in the square. A crib and high chair are available if you see with your baby.
