Historic house in Åbøbyen

The house is located in beautiful Parkveien, right by Sneath's Park in Åbøbyen, which is the garden town built for the factory at the beginning of the 20th century. The house is in original style, but has been completely renovated. The house has 4 floors with 4 bedrooms distributed on the different floors. It is suitable for 2 families. Short distance to Sauda bath, duck pond, shops, pharmacy and wine monopoly. Courtyard with space for two cars. Walking distance to the fast boat dock where the boat from Stavanger comes in. Bed linen can be rented for 150kr per set.

Charming house in Åbøbyen, with climbing wall!

The house is located in beautiful Parkveien, right by Sneath's Park in Åbøbyen, which is the garden town built for the factory at the beginning of the 20th century. The house is in original style but completely renovated and comfortable. There is a sunny patio and in the loft there is a climbing wall! Great for 1 or 2 families. Great hiking opportunities in the area, short distance to Saudabadet, shops, pharmacy and wine monopoly. Courtyard room that can accommodate two cars and electric car charger. Walking distance to fast boat dock with route to Stavanger.

Large house in central Sauda with amazing views !

Large older brick house with 5 bedrooms and stunning views out to Saudafjorden. It is about 450m to grocery and downtown. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Svandalen ski center, 5 min to golf course, 10 min to walk to swimming pool with outdoor pool. There are amazing hiking areas nearby. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. All you have to bring are bed linens and towels. There is garden furniture, fishing equipment, various games like badmington, frisbee and horseshoe and an electric bike for you to use.

Cozy cabin at Sauda ski center

Welcome to our cabin Skudebu in Svandalen/Sauda! The cabin has electricity and running water. Electricity, wood and bedlinen is included in the price! Cozy and charming cabin with proximity to great nature experiences all year round. The cabin is located right by the ski slope (Sauda Skisenter) and has ski out facilities. It is 10 minutes to Sauda city center with all amenities including swimming pool and shops. Svandalen offers spectacular hiking areas and is the starting point for experiences in the mountains in both summer and winter.

Cozy cabin with a lovely sea view

In this quiet accommodation you can enjoy a view of the fjord from the living room, terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. Det er kun 5 min. ned til sjøen. Til Sauda er det kun 15 min. med bil. Here you will find most things, including swimming pools. Lots of opportunities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences all year round. Svandalen Ski Center is 15 min away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

The apartment is top modern, with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The apartment is new and is of a high standard. Classic mountain cabin in great mountain terrain

Lovely classic architect-designed mountain cabin located in great high mountain terrain on Breiborg. The cabin has its own annex with a sauna and otherwise contains an open kitchen solution and a good ceiling height, one bedroom, loft, toilet room and storage room. The architecture used in the cabin lets in a lot of light and nature through nicely placed windows. The cabin is tastefully decorated and has a well-equipped kitchen for cooking and pleasant meals. Great hiking terrain straight out of the cabin.

Cosy cabin with a view

Endeli is a very cozy cabin that is located beautifully and securely in the Svandalen in Sauda. Parking about 200m from the cabin, and you follow a fairly steep tractor road up to the cabin. Good tip to pack in a backpack. Well up at the cabin you have fantastic views, and now you can enjoy lazy days at the campfire or more actively with hiking the mountains both summer and winter. Svandalen Ski Center is just 5 minutes by car from the cabin. Or you can start the hike from the cabin-door.

Relax with the whole family at Suldalsvatnet embraced by mountains and nature. Located about the middle of Gullingen and Røldal. Short distance to several great hiking areas. Among other things, Hylsskardet, where the Vikings had a trade route in the past, are right by the cabin. The cabin is under gradual renovation, so photos may differ somewhat from actual appearance. Note: The cabin is not rented out as a party room.

Cabin in Svandalen. Right by sauda ski center.

Full year cottage with a few minutes walk away from Sauda ski center, 200m. There are also great conditions for mountain hiking and peak hikes in the spring/summer/harvest. The cabin is south facing and the sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening on a large terrace with outdoor furniture and fire pit. The cabin has two bedrooms with a total of five beds. TV and Internet from altibox. Open kitchen solution.
