New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea. FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with an outdoor shower. Large south facing wooden terrace in lovely enclosed garden, on 800m2 plot. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house will not be rented to families with children under 8 years.
