Clean, bright, private and spacious guest basement suite. The space (separate and locked from the rest of the house) is a living room, bedroom and bath. Self check-in and peaceful seclusion. Dark, quiet bedroom with comfy bed. Living area has a futon (topper in the closet). TVs and Netflix in both rooms - 48" in living area. Both rooms have separate access to the bathroom. There is a lovely, lush view out the back. Safe neighborhood, close to trails and river. Dedicated driveway.
