This room is located on the lower level walk out of my home and has a private bathroom. This is 1 of 3 rooms I offer. I live and work from my home. I have 2 goldens , Louisa 6 and Greta is 2 . No kitchen access. However, a 3 course Nordic breakfast is served at 9am with your stay. The home has multiple spaces both in and out for use. Please bring slippers /socks; we don't wear shoes inside. Highly recommend a car. Uber and Lyft can be expensive. Please arrive prior to 9pm Prefer 5 star guests

Our house was a historic cottage, built in the 1880s. We built a new house around the cottage. We are Artists and our guest bedrooms are in a sense galleries. Guests have the entire second floor, 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples who are traveling together & families with teenagers. The back is the private entrance to the stairs. We live on a quiet and pleasant dead end street. The views of the Catskills & gardens are awesome. Located near Hunter Mountain Festivals, Woodstock & Katterskill Falls.

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.
