Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Start your day with coffee out by the lagoon or a kayak/paddle board ride. Spend the day sunbathing, reading a book or fishing. Grill at home in our fully stocked cabana or head out to one of the fantastic restaurants on LBI. As the sun set enjoy drinks and roasted marshmallows by the fire pit.

Cozy Beach House, a Block to the Beach!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. Why stay in a hotel?... Wonderful little 2 BR “cottage” above detached garage (no cars) w/LR,renovated kit, bath w/shower, small deck and use of BBQ. Renovated 2019. 1 QN bed, 1 single bed & a QN sofa bed if needed. Bring your own towels &linens. (Towels and linens etc can be rented from companies on LBI or Manahawkin) 9 houses from ocean. (Need more room: ask about our extra bedroom with single twin bed, toilet, sink and separate entrance)

5-bedroom house w/ private patio and awning, 2 blocks from Manasquan beach near inlet with fishing/surfer beach. Very quiet neighborhood, access to county park on river bay at end of street. 1st floor completely renovated, balcony w/ lounge chairs. 4 rooms with beds, sleeping 8 people, one office room with couch, 3 full baths, unheated sun room with futon bed (additional bed sheets provided upon request, sleeps two more people). **Wedding Parties: This home is 2 blocks to HotelLBI, 1 mile to Bonnet Island Estate, 2 miles to Mallard Island. Walk to Bonnet Island using guarded walkway. We provide made beds, linens and for the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

GREAT location Right off Route 72, last turn before the causeway bridge. Parkway Exit 63. Relaxing view of the lagoon. Sit and watch the boats go by. IDEAL for events at The Mallard or Bonnet Island . Groups of single people under the age of thirty are encouraged to look elsewhere.
