Living with open landscapes

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home located 1 km south of Glimmingehus. In the middle of the open landscapes of Österlen. Access to the Pool (Jun- Aug and shared with the host family)and private patio facing south. There is a possibility to deposit two extra beds for the children if needed. Private parking on the property and if you drive an electric car, it is possible to charge. About 7 km to miles of sandy beaches and about 5 km to Hammenhög, Borrby and Skillinge. If you want to visit Simrishamn, you can get there in 15 minutes.

A garden with two gardens

Beautiful and soulful house with two gardens. Located on a quiet small town street with 8 houses. Even so, the district is full of life with active farmer just next door and busy country road, 3 km to the nearest village (Smedstorp). Here you enjoy in the hammocks under the chestnut and in the evening sun at the large dining table on the patio with room for about 12 people. Wander straight into the deciduous forests and the nature reserve of Listarumåsen on the farmless trail, just a few hundred meters from the house. Welcome to our paradise!

Mill for many, near the sea with a private pool

Beautifully located on Österlen with proximity to the sea, 3 km to amazing sandy beaches . The house is about 350 sqm and has space for two/three families and plenty of space for running and playing. The house is our private home and everything in the house you can use. Proximity to the picturesque city of Ystad with all the necessary trade, Copenhagen can be reached in just over an hour via the Öresund Bridge. Kvarnen is a couple of minutes drive from Ale Stenar and the fishing location Kåseberga, but also the famous bakery Olof Viktors.

Seaside house with small pool in open landscape

Modern open plan house, just outside Borrby, second last on a small secluded village road. Long, beautiful and child-friendly beaches are 4,5 km south east. Well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, access to spice garden, large open plot with small nice pool, dining table, barbecue and sun possibilities on both sides. In Borrby you will find well-stocked ICA store, pharmacy, cinema, bakery with super good cinnamon buns as well as a really good restaurant! All within 1.5 km distance. Bus 1 km Borrby Pågatågåg 10 km Gärsnäs/Smedstorp

Unique home under a water ceiling, pool, and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

A wonderful private oasis in the middle of a quiet residential area within walking distance to two of the most popular and popular golf courses in southern Sweden. Here in the heart of Österlen we have found our paradise on earth; with wonderful pool, view and place to hang out. With the best location on Österlen you could easily discover everything around and find your golden grains. The house is a classic nineteenth-century cave, but with plenty of charm. The house includes about 180 sqm plus basement and garage so there is plenty of space for socializing both inside and out. It is about 2 km down to beautiful Gislövs hammer where there is a sandy beach.

Villa with swimming pool and hot tub between sea & golf

Located between the sea and two fine golf courses you will find this accommodation with a spa feel. The property has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both swimming pool (not heated) and hot tub. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.

Distance to bus stop Sandhammaren is 400 m. 1800 m to sand beach , 7 km to shop. Several famous excursions are nearby, for example, Kåseberga with Ale rocks and Backåkra.
