New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

A small cosy House

Personally decorated, beautiful, cozy and well-functioning holiday home close to beach, forest and beautiful natural areas. Great for a boyfriend trip, cozy up with girlfriends, or a little get away for peace and quiet. During summer holidays, it's just nice to use the outdoor space and there is plenty of space for a small family, possibly larger children can sleep in their own section in the annex. It's possible to sleep outdoors, make fires, cook outside, and enjoy life on the wooden deck with and without cover.

Fantastic house with sea view 200m from the beach.

A lovely holiday home with sea view and only 200 meters to the beach. The house is furnished as we wish to have a summer house. Here you immediately feel at home and can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house has a bright and lovely living room with access to the terrace and lawn. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a large bathroom with shower, whirlpool and sauna, and a smaller with shower. The house is big enough for two families. Look forward to a relaxing stay in great nature!

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

This lovely old renovated house from 1777 of 240 m² oozes charm and fine facilities for one or more families. South facing large landscaped garden with views of woods and stream from the terrace. Beach (900 m), 2 km from Nykøbing's supermarkets, restaurants , swimming pool, golf courses (4500 m), Sommerland Sj. (4km ) etc. Table tennis and table football . TV with 3 Danish and many German channels. Fibernet, WIFI. Bed linen etc can be supplied upon agreement.

Unique beach-house

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with an outdoor shower. Welcome!

Lovely bright cottage of 80m2. Located 70 meters from the water. With access to, shared private beach grounds, with jetty. Large south facing wooden terrace in lovely enclosed garden, on 800m2 plot. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house will not be rented to families with children under 8 years.
