Amazing sea viewpoints from the mountains. Proximity to many points of interest along the bohu coast. The location couldn't be more great! Don't forget your fishing rod!

Welcome to Slotteberget 9. Bright, nice accommodations with breathtaking views over the open sea. The house is 54 sqm with separate bedroom and bunk beds next to the entrance. Upstairs there is a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The layout is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. A washing machine and extra freezer are located in the garage located wall-in wall with the apartment. Parking is available next to the house. The guesthouse location see the plan sketch. Own garden group.

The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Welcome to my little paradise. Close to nature accommodation with both the sea and animals/bird life outside the window. Patio with seaview. Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artist cafe (on weekends and all days in summer.) Also close to famous tourist resorts such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is next to the residential house. Lugnt area, most part year accommodation.
