The residence is located between two stables on calm street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and to Ramsvikslandens nature reserve it is 9.2 km. To Nordens Ark it is 15 min with a car, as well as Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Cottage with fantastic location at the foot of the forest, and with the water as the nearest neighbor 5 meters from the front door. The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyll, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the waves and wildlife up close. "Norskehuset" is part of the manor house Eskjær Hovedgaard, and is therefore an extension of beautiful and historic surroundings. The house is in itself simply furnished, but caters for all everyday needs.

Summer: the cabin is 1 min from the lake just walking distance at the back of the main house. We have sitting area by the lake and sitting area by the small river (this is nearest to the cabin). Feel free to choose. Winter: The cottage is a 20 mins drive to Rauland Ski Center. You can also ski on the frozen lake. Cross country is also a possibility near the area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Has access to lake. Great way to spend your summer.

Welcome to Lysli, a charming house located along highway 38 in Vrådal with hiking trails "right outside the door". 1 km to Vrådal center with grocery store, cafe, sports shop, gallery and rental of rowboat, kayak and canoe. 3 km to Vrådal Panorama ski center and 5 km to Vrådal golf course (2 km on foot). The house is also perfectly located between east and west for those passing through, but recommend staying a few days to enjoy the area.

Cozy cottage in very nice area right by the sea. Quiet and nice with sun all day. Lovely large patio with larger table and BBQ for wining and dining. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
