Spacious apartment with great view and immediate proximity to child-friendly beach. Short distance to Bø Sommarland (20 min) and walking distance to First Camp Norsjø with funicular for wakeboarding, waterskiing and kneeboarding. Living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, two bedrooms and great outdoor area. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. Extra bed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are brought or rented outside (100,- per set). The tenant does the cleaning himself. Surcharge for washing: NOK 1500,- Parking space for a car

A single dwelling rental is rented for short-term rentals. Approx. 40 sqm. The residence is located on Heistad in Porsgrunn with good bus connections to Porsgrunn center and Herøya industrial area. It takes approx. 10 minutes drive to Porsgrunn city centre. Possibly possibility of parking in the courtyard. Combined living room/bedroom, but separated by large shelf and curtain that closes for light. Short distance to the coastal path, beach and sports facilities. Grocery store in walking distance from the apartment.

New penthouse of 96 m2. The apartment is in a great apartment building in the center of Skien. Balcony with good sunny conditions. Ventilation and heat pump/air conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 beds. One double bed 180x200 cm. and one single bed 90x200 cm. The second bedroom has a double bed 150x200cm. and a guest bed. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Full kitchen with all necessary equipment. Towels, duvets, bedlinen included. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine

Nice apartment at a nice price + free parking/wifi

Large (70m2), 2 bedroom appartment at reasonnable rate with free parking, TV channels and wireless wifi. Separate entrance, parking space and outside area with furnitures. First floor in two floor house and very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food store, shopping mall, recreation area and bus stop. We always do thorough cleaning before arrival of new guests and execute contactfree check-in and out by use of a key box. Welcome :)

Leiligheten passer godt om du skal til området med jobb, er på gjennomreise eller skal ta en helg i Porsgrunn. Cozy newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment. Both bedrooms with a double bed. Fully furnished with all the appliances etc. New bathroom in 2024. Private patio. possibility for EV charging by appointment. The apartment is centrally located on Gulset, 10 minutes from Gromstul. Great hiking areas nearby, and frequent bus connection if it is desired to take public transport to Skien city center. Wireless internet available.
