Peaceful residence on the edge of the forest, 5 min from E-18 Birds, squirrels and deer in the forest. We want quiet and peaceful guests, due to the health situation with the host. Unassuming, with private entrance and access to terrace and garden. Plenty of space for parking. Fiber. Nice apartment with kitchenette and dining area (no stove), separate bedroom with double bed, pleasant living room with comfortable sofa bed and extra bed. Bathroom with shower. Possibility to rent washing machine, dryer. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside.

Newly renovated 1-bedroom fully furnished apartment with a private entrance, 4 minutes to the city center, 7 minutes to the train. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with parking. Wifi, streaming TV and electricity is included in the price. Pets not allowed. For long term rental, a reservation is made for electricity price. Sublets are not allowed under any circumstances and will result in an immediate termination of the lease. For shorter rental periods, two people can stay here, but do not recommend for longer rental periods.

Cozy apartment with river view

Hyggelig og moderne leilighet med kort vei til Skien sentrum. Porsgrunn er bare en liten tur unna. Kollektivtrafikk rett på utsiden. Nydelig utsikt til elva i fra en romslig balkong. Jeg bor selv i leiligheten og stortrives. Men, jeg er mye ute og reiser, og vil gjerne dele den med deg. :)
