Perfect location for travelers by train as it is about 200m to the train station 8 min to the city center Skövde several trains an hour from early morning to late evening There is grocery store obliquely across the street and pizzeria/restaurant 150m from the house. This is an apartment of 2 rooms and a kitchen 85m2 in a privately owned villa,there is a double bed+single bed in the bedroom a sofa bed in the TV room that becomes 140cm wide pulled out In the new kitchen there is most of what is needed,there is a table with 5 chairs and a 3 seat sofa also TV in the kitchen.

Enjoy an elegant experience at this centrally located home. Three rooms be of two bedrooms with bathrooms in between. The kitchen is connected to the living room and creates social interaction between the surfaces. The apartment is furnished with 4 x 90cm beds that can easily be pulled apart. There is a full kitchen with dining area. There is plenty of storage in each room. The apt is located on the second floor. Elevator is available. The apartment is located directly over a restaurant/ nightclub which means loud noises during the opening hours.

Bright and fresh room in the centre

Furnished room on the basement floor with a 180-bed, fridge and freezer, clothes storage, desk and access to its own toilet/shower. Private entrance. Laundry room is offered for stays over 5 nights. 5-10 minutes walk to the city center, Skaraborg regemente and travel center. Bed linen, towels, crockery/cutlery and coffee are available. The guest takes off linens and puts together with used towels in a laundry basket + throws garbage and dishes on departure. Please be aware that there is NO kitchen fan = NO frying

Newly Renovated, Cozy & Central Basement Apartment

Cozy apartment located only 10-15 minutes walk into the city center and train station. Only a few minutes to the college and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment has low ceilings, not recommended for those who are longer than 1.85. The apartment is prepared so that you as a tenant should have as simplified stay as possible. Coffee, tea, bass spices and oils is in the kitchen.

You live centrally but quiet, with green area and playground at the back. The residence has a cuddly house cat. Walking distance of only 500 meters to the university and 650 meters to the city center and to the travel center where also a bus to the summer country runs in the summer and to the ski slope (billingebacken) in winter.
