Perfect location for travelers by train as it is about 200m to the train station 8 min to the city center Skövde several trains an hour from early morning to late evening There is grocery store obliquely across the street and pizzeria/restaurant 150m from the house. This is an apartment of 2 rooms and a kitchen 85m2 in a privately owned villa,there is a double bed+single bed in the bedroom a sofa bed in the TV room that becomes 140cm wide pulled out In the new kitchen there is most of what is needed,there is a table with 5 chairs and a 3 seat sofa also TV in the kitchen.

Little House at Simsjön in Skövde

Cabin with ladder up to sleeping loft. Fully-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine. Open plan where kitchen and living room are a surface with sofa and kitchen table. Apple TV. Wooden deck with minimal visibility with lounge chairs and table. There is WiFi in the cottage. Since the house is for rent for everyone, even WITH a dog, we want to make it clear that it is impossible for us to make the house clinically clean from dog hair. Don't rent if you're allergic or sensitive to hair. Here are all welcome, even dogs!!!

The cottage is located in Vallebygden, an area known for its many lakes and beautiful rolling landscapes right on the edge of Billingeberget. You have 200 meters to the nearest swimming jetty and about 1 km to a slightly larger child-friendly beach with dining. In the area, there are also plenty of flea markets and other nice excursions. Anyone who wants to hike has several hiking trails to choose from. In the nearby area you will also find both Skara summerland and Axevalla racetrack.

Platsen är perfekt för den som letar efter stillhet, och promenader i det vackra, svenska naturen. Den som vill njuta av vättern, hittar badplatser i och kring Hjo som ligger 7 km ifrån huset. Jag heter Pieter och är värd och bor själv i den vackra gamla skolbyggnaden. Lilla huset som hyrs ut ligger bredvid skolan men enda väldigt avskilt och privat. Perfekt för en ensam resande, par. My "cottage" is located 1 mile outside the center of Skövde. Skara Sommarland you find 2.8 miles away. Paddle courts, hop n pop and jump yard can be found within 6 km. Billingeberget offers a slalom slope, cross-country skiing, ice skating, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, fishing, outdoor swimming as well as a bike park for kids. Billingen you get to by car in 12 minutes. Skövde Adventure bath can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

Villa in nice area, close to lake and swimming opportunities (1km) and crowded summerland (25 minutes by car). The neighborhood is very child-friendly with a swimming area of ten minutes walk and the open air area in the near. Skara summerland is 25 minutes away by car. ICA store is located in Skultorp and is 10 min walk away. Larger town Skövde is 10 min by car away.

Courtyard and porch with fence where a dog can play.
