The house is newly renovated and surrounded by a large sunny patio where you can spend day and night. Apartment of 35 sqm that is completely newly built with nice material choices that are placed in one of our hallands in Småris in the middle between Långasands and Ugglarps havsbad. Outside the door passes a popular walking trail that offers both forest, sea and countryside. It is 900 meters from the beach, and there is both sandy beach and stone logs. There is a large private wooden deck outside the apartment with both morning and evening sun. Adjacent to the accommodation is a lookout spot with seating benches to enjoy the sunset over the sea.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. The location is phenomenal and you don't get any closer to the beach. Start the day in a bathrobe with a dip in the sea or a walk on the beach, while the coffee maker prepares the morning coffee, which is then enjoyed on the balcony with freshly baked rolls from Peter's patisserie. After a day at the beach, you light the grill on the cozy terrace. If you want to visit one of the many nearby restaurants, it doesn't take many minutes to walk.

Nice cottage near the beach in a quiet garden environment . Smoke and pet-free farm cottage in a lovely setting in our garden for 2 adults people . Not young people . Non party prices Biking distance to the city center and 200 meters to the beach. Bedlinen and towels bring the guest themselves . If you forget, it is available for rent SEK 150/ 2 sets. Final cleaning before returning home.
