I offer accommodation in a cozy farmhouse on the land of a South Bohemian farmhouse in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage is renovated, has a separate entrance, a bathroom and a private garden with a pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one folding), desk, kitchen, fridge, library and a friendly, romantic atmosphere. It's quiet and private. - It melts in the winter, I'll be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval water castle and Romanesque church between Waldviertel and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain divisible. Bikes, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, ping pong table and the sauna with bathroom and outdoor shower are freely available to you. The space provides privacy - you have an entire apartment unit for yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, and it is possible to sleep on the sofa bed. You can enjoy a large patio with seating. Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed. The open plan ground floor has a fireplace, fully equiped kitchen with coffee machiner and dishwasher, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.
