"Holländische Heide" residence, historical mansion

Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

Das Apartment ist mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll saniert und eingerichtet. Es befindet sich in einem Backsteingebäude von 1903, in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Buchen von privaten Yogastunden in unserem Yogastudio ist möglich. Fußläufig gibt es vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Du kannst auch am Ufer der Wupper wandern gehen oder Radfahren und auch nett einkehren. Mit dem Zug oder dem Auto bist Du in weniger als einer halben Stunde mitten in Köln. Am Bahnhof gibt es auch E-Bikes zu leihen.

Beautiful apartment with separate entrance, free parking in front of the house, terrace with garden views. Very easy access to the A 46 motorway, bus stop, shopping and landscape reserve in the immediate vicinity. Solingen central train station is about 15 minutes by public transport. Wuppertal is located 13 km away, Düsseldorf 20 km and cologne is 30 km away. Ideal for short holidays in the beautiful Bergisches Land, for business travelers and visitors.

Our accommodation is close to downtown Solingen with train connection to Düsseldorf and Cologne, 5 min walk to downtown, 10 minutes to downtown. It's in the attic of a typical Solinger's half-timbered house. The apartment is about 45 sqm, has a separate bedroom with pull-out double bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower and living room. You will find relaxation after a strenuous day at the fair, an extensive shopping tour or a hike in nature.

It is located in an idyllic district with half-timbered houses and is close to the center of Leichlingen.
