Apartment just 200 meters from the beach, large terrace with barbecue. 2 swimming pools and padel court. Ocean and mountain views. It consists of a double room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. A very quiet area, with nearby services (supermarket, shopping area, golf...has private parking. you can enjoy a great summer, visit coves as beautiful as Cala pregonda, cavalry, etc. Being in the center is ideal to get to know the island. The development is very quiet and the house has wonderful views of the golf course and the mountain. If you feel like going to the beach you can walk to Arenal de Son Saura (1km) or drive 5 minutes. The apartment is perfectly located at an intermediate distance from all the tourist attractions on the island. Get away from the routine and relax.
