Situated off the A12 for easy access to RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich and the Norfolk Broads and only 1 mile from Latitude music festival. Our popular "gastropub" local is only 100m from your door, and a well-stocked village shop with Suffolk-sourced produce and all the essentials is just opposite. Ultra modern kitchen a large fridge, chest freezer, granite worktops and breakfast bar. Full width south facing windows which may be opened up in good weather. Range oven, dishwasher, microwave and lots of storage. Sitting room with 50" smart flat screen TV , 100MB WIFI and pool table. There is also a speaker system throughout the entertaining areas (living and dining rooms, and kitchen) . Log fire which also serves living & dining hall. Dining Hall with table and chairs for up to 12 people.

The Barns @ High Wood Farm are beautifully and simply decorated. We are set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on a gorgeous leafy farm only 8 minutes from the well known seaside town of Southwold. Sadly we cannot accept any pets as we have livestock on the farm.
