Observatory House is a converted cold war nuclear bunker. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a king sized bed and a double day bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed. The open plan living area consists of a sitting area, kitchen and dining table, pool & Air hockey table, a bathroom consisting of WC, walk in shower and hand basin. Pin coded lock box allows flexible self check-in and out so you can come and go as you please. The hosts live on the first floor and are happy to assist if needed.

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. We have created a self contained one bedroom unit as a luxurious bed and breakfast within our 17 th century farmhouse cottage. Recently refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Round The Bend which is maintained to a high level sits within the heart of the very quiet village Odcombe. A 2 min walk takes you to our traditional thatched village pub with beer garden, which serves great food and fine ale. Set back slightly from West Hill on a small 3 house cul-de-sack. A 10 min walk to Wincanton high street with a range of pubs, cafe's, independent shops and takeaways. Huge range of local attractions including The Newt, Wincanton Racecourse, Longleat and Stourhead.
