Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the center of Breda. 500 meters from the center Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays,(romantic) weekends away and suitable for children and the disabled. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The couch can be used as a double bed but the most pleasant stay is with 5 pers+1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand 5 (min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not too far away. The city of Rotterdam, which is popular for tourists, is only 25 minutes away by car.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The outdoor house is a very comfortable home, suitable for holidays or working from home. It is a spacious cozy house with open kitchen, living room, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the back there is a terrace with seating area and hot tub and beautiful views. Beds are made up. Dogs are welcome, fenced yard. B&B Ut Hoeveneind, your own cottage in nature

Our cottage has been pre-war, but completely refurbished to a modern, warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Where the toilet used to be outside in the garden and the bedstede in the middle of living room, you no longer have to leave the cottage for shower and toilet. Inside, it's cozy because of the warm decor and the atmospheric wood pellet stove. In the evening, after a day, there are waves, sauna or hiking by the fireplace while enjoying a drink. Good wifi to work from too.
