There is a large inground pool, hot tub, huge covered patio, huge upper deck with grill, and lots of personal room as well as shared spaces such as kitchen and laundry. You will have private: entrance, parking space, bath, also dedicated: full bathroom, refrigerator, pantry, and closet. In private lake community with access to swim, kayak, fish. Centrally located.

(Photos updated 4/2019) The basement apartment is warm, comfortable, colorful, ready for an extended stay, checkin is 5pm but if other times beckon, contact us, and will do our best to accommodate your needs. The apartment is 2.5 miles from 95 HEAT lanes to Washington. It is a basement apartment and there will be noise and we just got a light sleeper notice that us walking above in the am woke them up. For such guests, we do include a large air moving fan in the basement for white noise use. :)

Private basement apartment. It is a 1 bedroom but i can add a 2nd bed to the living room area and there is a cloth screen for privacy for the 2nd bed (see pictures). It has a separate entrance and you will have exclusive access to the basement during your stay. The property sits on half an acre and is the only house on the small side street. The unit has a full kitchen and full bathroom.
