Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Horse farm near Manassas Battlefield.

Comfortable accommodations for horses and the people traveling with them. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

The closest Metro stations are Van Dorn & Pentagon City (not walkable), you can access I-395 in less than 5 minutes. Many great ethnic restaurants in the immediate area. Cozy three level townhome with three bedrooms including 2 full & 1 half baths between Washington DC and Quantico, a 20-30 minute drive to Ft. Belvoir, 15 minutes from the VRE/Amtrak station and 10 minutes from I95. Nice main level deck that backs up to a wooded area. Close to shopping mall, grocery stores and restaurants. Washer and dryer included. The couch in the living room is not a sleep sofa but can be used to sleep on. Two parking spaces available in front of the home.

Enchanted! 1BR Apt near DCA in quiet neighborhood

Full accomodations and amenneties with plenty of space. Books, Movies and Games are available for rainy days. Curl up by the fireplace on cool nights. Although the listing says "not suitable for kids 2-12" I leave that decision up to you. It is not childproof for younger children so I don't want to be responsible for your child's safety, however kids are welcome. An infant would be fine but you will have provide the bed and bedding and take care of safeguarding.
