Life in nature can hardly be more beautiful. Since 2020 New and almost finished you can switch off nicely and enjoy nature - it is quite active here. Whether strolling through the meadow, sitting on the pallet furniture outside or letting your soul dangle. Non-smoking house JACUZZI from Nov - March not usable ! Definitely !

For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

One room studio (18 m2) - 2 minutes to the old stone Bridge in the heart of Regensburg. - Bed (1,40 x 2m) - hanging rail - little table with to chairs - kitchen with stove, fridge, sink - coffee machine (pads) - cookwear, dishes - bathroom with shower and toilet (no hairdryer) - WIFI from 6.30 am till 2.30 am - only public parking (ca. 100 m) - NO breakfast (baker/cafes/bars/restaurants nearby) - check out at around 11 am. - from end of may to end of september radiators will be deactivated.

In addition to the beautiful open living/ cooking/dining area, our in-law has a 1 separate bedroom (1.80 m double bed) plus 1 separate bathroom with shower and washing machine. Optionally, it is also possible to request a second bedroom (also 1.80 m double bed) at an extra cost. Access to this second bedroom is possible via a sliding door in the living room.
