Quiet house for relax

The house is located 200m from the sea in quiet neighborhood. Our guests have a big yard at disposal with a trampoline and lots of space for children to play. Also, it is dog friendly house. House is just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and 3 minutes’ walk from the center of small Mediterranean town of Nerezine. The house is also located below hill Osoršćica with the highest peak on island Lošinj (Televrin 588 m) from where you have the view overall island (https://youtu.be/oQZ5TRAY6yU).

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The cottage was primarily intended to enjoy the family and host friends by the fireplace,good food,wine, and fire. And it has a big table and benches. We've decorated it for ourselves, and all the furniture is made of wood. The design wasn't meant to be in sync, but just to make it beautiful,cozy, and functional.
