A modern, well planned and well-equipped house (from 2021) on two floors (38 sqm) with the sea outside. Magical views through generous south facing windows. Large terrace with roof and barbecue. Throughout natural materials in stripped-down Nordic style that blur the border between the outdoors and inside. The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated with a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. Winter time footbridge to the island.

Magical view. 15 min from STHLM

Large and modern villa at Edsviken. Great view from the house in general and from the roof terrace in particular. If the evening gets chilly, you can sit quietly in the patio located on the rooftop. Completely protected from all directions. In 15 min you can get both by car and commuter train into the center of Stockholm. Train station is in a 5-minute walk. Kitchen, dining room and living area in open plan. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as laundry room. Carport with electric car charger, hot tub, wifi, Chromecast etc. About 100m to the sea

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking for one car. It’s a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, it takes 11 minutes by subway or less than 20 minutes by bike. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.

Idyllic Tranholmen is a car-free island a few kilometers from central Stockholm. Have dinner on your own deck, walks on the island or morning swim from the beach 200 m from your cottage. Quiet but close to the big city at the same time. Perfect for couples wishing to combine city life with calmness. It is easy to reach the island by ferry from Ropsten in Stockholm, it takes about 10 minutes. The ferry leaves every hour, and you use te same ticket as the Metro.

Unik stuga i vattenbrynet. Ljus nordisk stil med idel naturmaterial. Genom de stora fönstren ser du citypulsen på andra sidan sjön. Morgondoppet tar du på den egna brygga och frukosten avnjutes på randen till Saltjsön när vädret tillåter. M/S Kung Ring tar dig till Ropsten och vidare in till city. Inom 20 minuter är du på Stureplan. Efter en match på Tranholmens förstklassiga tennisbana är en bastu och bad i Saltjön stärkande.

Apartment of 1 bedroom and 22 m2, suitable for 1 person only but can take 2 people because of the bed size. The apartment is located in the best area of Stockholm. The building is from late 19th century, in a very calm area of the city and one block away from the waterfront of Strandvägen. Also, you can reach the Vasa Museum, Stureplan and the nearest metro stations (Östermalmstorg and Karlaplan) by 10 min walking distance.

Relax in this unique and quiet home just 15 minutes from central Stockholm with a car. You can easily walk down and swim in the sea or why not take a little walk to lovely Kottla lake. Our house is situated on the beautiful island Lidingö just outside Stockholm City. The house is built 1910 and has all the standard amenities you need to feel at home.
