Amazing views from upstairs, lovely private patio with garden/valley views. Free off-street parking. Comfy bed. Upstairs, beamed living /bedroom with Smart TV& WiFi. Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/pitched ceilings.

It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Enjoy our lovely ground floor studio-style room with plenty of space & a private patio. Kitchenette, shower room with large, powerful shower, comfy bed, Wi-Fi & quirky vintage decor. Easy access via private entrance & parking. We provide a breakfast kit of milk, bread, yoghurts, juice, butter, tea & ground coffee in the 1940’s cabinet stocked with kettle, microwave, fridge & toaster. Great for exploring the area by foot, cycle or car. Lots of local info from friendly hosts if needed.

Our cosy self-contained Annex is only a 10 min walk from the train station and the quirky town centre of Stroud. It has its own entrance and enjoys a small private sunny courtyard. The internal space consists of a lovely new kitchen area with a small dining table and chairs and a lounge area with a sofa and wall mounted tv. From the lounge /diner there is welcoming double bedroom, leading into a small en-suite shower room and toilet. The space is perfect for 2 people/couple.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.
