Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The apartment is situated in a quiet, attractive residential area of Split. It is placed on the south side slopes of Marjan hill, only 5 min walk from the old town, Diocletian's palace and Riva city's main promenade, where you can find all the restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. 20 min walk to the ferry port and the main bus terminal. Large terrace is looking over the sea, islands, yacht marina, and the old town. You can just sit back and relax, watching ships coming and leaving the harbor.

Enjoy peace and quiet during your vacation

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.
