This is a lovely, clean little home in peaceful scenic rural America. A very comfortable home with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a laundry room, and a pool table. Also a nice yard, large raspberry patch. The area is a must for birdwatchers. Chase lake and Arrowood National Wildlife Refuges are close by. It is also a very popular spot for waterfoul and upland game hunters. There is a cafe and bar in town. Groceries and other necessities can be obtained in Jamestown or Carrington both about 40 mi.

Peaceful community, house on 10 lots. The property has plenty of trees and lawn to enjoy and has a park like atmosphere. On the property is a 1 car garage, perfect for a vehicle or ATV’s etc. We have provided a fire pit, as well as a BBQ grille with smoker. The house has a heated mud room for pets.
