This luxury and sustainable villa sits on 170.000 -square meters of terrain with thousands of olive trees, fruit trees, and a beautiful ornamental garden. Its quietness, breathtaking views, and positive energy make it a unique accommodation. The villa is south-facing, and has a large, shaded patio and various shaded areas in the garden, with outdoor furniture and hammocks. The big swimming pool, the separate playroom with ping pong and football table, the 300m2 soccer field, and a trampoline provide lots of fun for the kids. Mas Montbrió Belvedere is the most beautiful house in Cambrils, with its lovely outdoor area, child-friendly and child-safe facilities, the luxury indoor areas and its positive energy. Besides that the house is very beautiful, it is also very ecological. We use solar energy, thermal energy, separate waste, and have been rated as one of Tarragona´s top 5 ecological vacation accommodations. It is an ideal home for those who do not want to be in the touristic hustle and bustle, but prefer privacy and quietness. And all this only 7 minutes from the beach! You have access to a huge garden with loungebeds, swimming pool, football field (300m2) and the most beautiful views of the mountains, olive groves, and even the Mediterranian. We have a separate playroom, free parking, free wifi in all areas and satellite TV. On request, we serve breakfast and dinner. Once just a fishing village, picturesque Cambrils is today renowned as the gastronomic capital of the Costa Dorada. Dine at over 100 restaurants, including 2 with a Michelin star, go to the beautiful beaches or take a day trip to nearby Tarragona or Barcelona. Or visit Reus, the birthplace of Gaudi, the architect of the famous Sagrada Familia en Barcelona, with its modernistic buildings and great ambiance. The villa has ample parking space. The nearest bus stop is 1.5 kms away and the train station 7 km. The airport of Reus is at 25 km. A car is a must if you want to enjoy the beautiful area with lots of cultural and sportive activities to do. We are close to Portaventura (15 km) and Salou (14km). Our licence number is PT-330. Sunny Apartment With a Wraparound Terrace in Sitges

Create meals in a sleek open-plan kitchen and dine al fresco on a balcony overlooking a leafy neighborhood. The chic, minimalist interior displays nautical accent pieces as reminders that the sea is very near, so grab a towel and head to the beach. Want to stay nearby. Enjoy the community pool (only open in summer) the tennis and paddle courts or let the kids play at the playgrounds nearby. The total living area is approx. 70 m2 and terrace is about 20 m2. Completely renovated this year. Modern, natural and Mediterranean feel. The building has a garden and a roof top building terras with views on the hills. It s very quiet but yet close to Barcelona and also other great locations such as Tarragona and Penedes. Community pool open till September 15 th. Guests have acces to sports club with large garden, swimming pool (from june 15 to september 15) and restaurant at friendly price. Tennis and paddle courts are for rent. We will not be there, the apartment is all yours! Basic supplies are available;, cleaning supplies, salt, pepper, toilet paper etc, and we ask you kindly to restock when needed! The community pool and recreation area is available for our guests (at small costs). You can play tennis, paddle, jeu the boule, basketball and swim. Also for the little ones there is a playground. Vallpineda (5 min from Sitges center) is a friendly neighborhood with 24/7 security surveillance and just a 20 min walk to the beach. Back takes 35 min as you will need to go uphill. Public bus to center of Sitges and other neighboring villages. From Sitges you can take the train or Bus to Barcelona (30-40 min away) and other towns. The Mon Bus to the airport only takes 30 min. Apartment is on second level and does not have an elevator. Easy stairs. Very friendly and calm neighborhood. Enjoy vibrant Sitges and relax in this peaceful appartment.
