Our property is on a tranquil cul de sac but within walking distance of town. A brand new heat pump has been fitted. Our location is very central. Motueka is the closest town to Abel Tasman National Park and we are nestled between Nelson City and Nelson Lakes to the South and Golden Bay to the North.

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water fifty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafe, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.
