Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

Beach is right across the road. Voted "Best Beach in New Zealand 2020" Stunning location. This is a fully self contained Studio by the famous Marine Parade, footsteps to Mt Maunganui beach. Includes bathroom, kitchenette and small studio living area, queen bed, but no view from Studio. Small kitchenette with microwave, toaster, fridge and a double top cooker. The Studio is one of the few Mt places so close to the beach. Great swimming, surfing, walking and beautiful sunrises, for early risers.

This is a quirky unit that has been separated out from the main house with its own ranch slider entry and a double door in hall way separating it out, it has high ceiling in living zone, native timber floors in service areas and the bedroom is spacious with a view out to garden . It is clean, modern and close to Bethlehem shops restaurants cafes takeaways and bar. The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with amazing views from many aspects when venturing, gardens and lawns .

A place to stay in the central mount area

You will love the location. 2 minutes stroll to the restaurants, retail stores and Tauranga Harbour where you can watch the cruise ships come and go. The beautiful Mount Surf beach and walking tracks up and around Mount Maunganui are within easy walking distance along with the many other attractions the Mount has to offer. The room is spacious you have your own bathroom and small kitchen. The laundry is part of the kitchen we share the use of the laundry and clothes line area.

The private flat is in our back yard at the Mount. Handy location 400m to the beach, only 200m to New World supermarket, and Central Parade shops where you will find almost everything you need. Cafes, Laundromat, Fuel station, Post Office, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, ATM, & a great Thai Restaurant. 5 minute drive to main Mount Maunganui downtown for a great selection of Restaurants and Bars. A generous sized apartment with free Wi-Fi. [ultra fast broadband] Location is a key feature of this propery! Quiet upmarket residential street in Downtown Mount Maunganui. Walking distance to shops, hot pools, restaurants, bars, boutiques, four square supermarket, butcher, wineshop and has a private right of way to the beach. We share the private back yard & laundry areas and are very respectful of privacy. Off road parking a bonus for this location.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A home away from home... Look out over the reserve in this quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location to Tauranga CBD and the Mount. This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm. PS infant under 2 can stay for free (porta cot available on request) PS Marshall the cat loves pats.
