Beach is right across the road. Voted "Best Beach in New Zealand 2020" Stunning location. This is a fully self contained Studio by the famous Marine Parade, footsteps to Mt Maunganui beach. Includes bathroom, kitchenette and small studio living area, queen bed, but no view from Studio. Small kitchenette with microwave, toaster, fridge and a double top cooker. The Studio is one of the few Mt places so close to the beach. Great swimming, surfing, walking and beautiful sunrises, for early risers.

Easy walking distance to a Supermarket, several cafes & restaurants, and only 5 mins walk to a lovely swimming beach. All rooms are filled with morning sun and overlook the Estuary. Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
