This clean, comfortable home is in a peaceful neighborhood and centrally located to everything you may wish to enjoy while on your Central Florida vacation. Literally two to three minutes away from I-4, highway 417 and a multitude of shopping and dining options. Universal Studios, Sea World and Daytona International Speedway are all within about 40 minutes, while Disney World and Kennedy Space Center are about 50 - 60 minutes. coronavirus 19 edit: It's always been our policy to clean/sanitize before & after each guest. Also, our county is safer than most of Florida & the USA. We're in a quiet part of Ocala with only a few neighbors within 100s of feet. We're close to the 200 hub, 1.5 mi from a high school, & on a paved road. So, we're not in the middle of nowhere. The apt is private, no one else lives or can rent in the cottage. Our home is abt 100 feet away (far/close enough for added safety & host assistance).

This 1,000 square foot unit is the private second floor of a 1919 built home with a separate side entrance. It has a small kitchen with full size appliances, washer and dryer, WIFI and a Roku tv with Netflix logged in. The house is a half mile from downtown Eustis and less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Mt. Dora where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, live music, and weekend festivals.
