Idyllic Appenzell Vacation Home with Garden

Our Hüsli is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fire pit and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the bench on the front courtyard. Inside it is nice and cozy, with tiled stove and wood stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

Sustainable living on the 1st floor, free parking!

In our detached house we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st sock, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our home with earth heat and we generate the electricity with our PV system. Experience the special feeling of starting the day with a clear conscience. Located right next to the house entrance free parking.

Large apartment (74 m2) on the outskirts of Appenzell. Maximum 3 persons. Minimum stay 2 nights. Own parking space. Own entrance. Private balcony. 10 minutes' walk from the train station. 12-minute walk to the village. 15 minutes by car or train to the mountains. 2 bikes (size M) incl. Just right for a cozy weekend for two or alone in the middle of nature !! An extensive organic shop in the nearby farmhouse is always open for late arrivals. If they are looking for luxury in the traditional sense, the bird's nest is not the right match. The luxury of the bird's nest is the wonderful simplicity. Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.
