The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.

The Studio is close to the beach, ideal for couples with the benefit of off street parking. There is a living room area, with a sofa, TV and dining table for two. There is a kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, hob and microwave, cutlery, crockery and glasses. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and space to store clothes. You’ll love my place because of the quiet, rural location, the comfy beds, the views and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Pets are subject to an additional £30 cleaning fee per pet per stay, payable on arrival. Pet fees are not included in the price you will have already paid.

My apartment is at the west end of the High Street of North Berwick. It is a spacious first and second floor property with the ground floor being The Herringbone, a restaurant/bar . All the shops,bars and restaurants are seconds away. The train station and the North Berwick West Links Golf Club are both a 5 minute walk away and you can be on the beach in less than a minute!. High Tide

Large spacious apartment located close to the beach in North Berwick. Freshly decorated with new kitchen and bathroom. We have listened to our guests comments during our first year of trading and for the 2019 season we have double glazed the windows that look on to the High St. Since the work was carried out we have had no guest comments regarding noise from the High St.
