Comfortable and clean studio apartment in a safe area. Located in Avenida España. Just 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the small beach, it has multiple options of restaurants, bars, mixers, supermarket, pharmacies and more just minutes away. Air conditioning as long as there is electricity, if we do not have fans moved by an inverter.
