Lovely small town apartment with terrace in Svendborg C

At one end of the old Karetmagergaard from about 1777, you can stay right in the middle of the city and only 200 meters from Svendborg city center. You are close to city life, harbour, cultural life & the very special South Funen nature. The apartment has a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a double sofa bed can be made up in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, toilet and bath, and there is a small sunny terrace in the yard. There is 24 hours free parking on the road, and it is almost always possible to find a place.

Charming Skipper Home on Thurø

Relax in this unique and tranquil space with lots of atmosphere from a bygone era where hundreds of schooners belonged on Thurø. Few minutes to Gambøt harbor with the characteristic fishermen's huts and steep places for the fishermen's yarns. Well hidden by the island you will also find a small bathing beach where you can also put the kayak in the water and explore Thurø and the rest of the South Funen archipelago. The house is within cycling distance to the city's best bakery and the butter bog with a beach and Denmark's most beautiful mini golf course.

Enjoy the sounds of nature and the beautiful starry sky (dark sky). The house welcomes you in the spacious entrance hall, with plenty of closet space, bedroom with 2 single beds and closet space, bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove and heat pump. Large terrace with grill. In the secluded courtyard environment is access to a room with bed (140x200cm. ), closet space, electric radiator. There is a secluded outdoor shower. In the garden house there is daybed, table with chairs.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Our private 42sqm guesthouse was previously designed as a “Man Cave” in the middle of an old farm house. It is situated in a beautiful nature, quiet and peaceful with fresh air and low pollution country side - it is very simple and nothing fancy like hotels so lower your expectations. You may see wildlife outdoor insects coming in during summertime (carpet black beetles, ants, spiders, snails, flies, mosquitoes or even a bee). If that makes you squeamish, this is not the booking for you.

Sommerhus direkte til vandet. Idyllisk lille sommerhus på 15 m2 beliggende på 900 m2 ugeneret grund. Huset ligger ved skønne Elsehoved 3 km syd for Lundeborg, og med både skov og vand som nabo. Huset er velindrettet med seperat toilet. Vær opmærksom på at der kun er bruser udenfor. Denne er med afskærmning samt varmt vand. Der er bålsted med tilhørende gryder og pande. Desuden 2 havkajakker samt SUP boards til fri afbenyttelse. Sengen er en sovesofa med mulighed for at benytte topmadras.

Cozy older apartment of 54 sqm located in the middle of charming Thurø with a short distance to the water in all directions. The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a lovely private patio. Here you can, enjoy the sun most of the day. The apartment is well-stocked with cooking utensils, good pots, etc. The home is in a nice old cinema consisting of two levels.
