Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by grain fields. We are outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo as well as the whole of Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms downstairs of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparum" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor is renovated and is heated. On the other hand, daylight is missing.

In the old school in Nils Holgerssons village, active 1917-1971 now the school museum, is this beautiful and newly built apartment that was once the teacher's residence. Several original details remain. With high ceilings, beautiful wooden floors, a stunning light entry and a fairytale view with a small stream with waterfalls right next door, this home makes for something very special. I hjärtat av Höllviken har vi byggt vårt nya hus där vi även har en helt separat lägenhet. Här bor du centralt och lugnt med bara ett par minuter till stränderna i Kämpinge bukten. Lägenheten är på ca 70kvm med utrustat komplett kök med diskmaskin, badrum med dusch och med tvätt/torkmaskin. Med två separata sovrum med två 90cm sängar i vardera sover ni gott och kan även nyttja bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet (140 bred). Ni kan sova och äta upp till 6 personer (+1 i spjälsäng).

Nice and bright loft apartment with nice light from the skylight with room for four guests. A bedroom with a double bed and kitchen with sofa bed. Walking distance to the sea and swimming(150 meters) Good bus connections with close to bus stop. Walking and biking distance to restaurants nearby. Close to other service.
